Minute dots around the dial rim. Engraved floral pattern to the dial centre. Gold case rim and back decorated with flower and leaf patterns. Some natural patina to the watch dial. Back has central escutcheon with letters SP. This appears to be a unique commissioned piece probably as a gift for a lady.
